DESCRIPTION
Cellulose-based fibers stabilize mixtures with high bitumen content, while improving mechanical properties. The specific composition of FB50 fiber and the pellet format allow the fibers to be easily dosed, homogeneously dispersed and mixed well during the production phase and facilitate its processing to avoid bitumen separation.
USE
FB50 fibers can be used in any bituminous mixture, produced with a high percentage of bitumen (SMA, drainage).
METHOD OF USE
It is added directly to the mixer of the production plant during the production phase, using an automatic dispenser or by manual dosing.
DOSAGE
Dosage depends on the nature of the aggregate and the type of bitumen. Used from 0.5% of the total mass of the mixture (from 5 kg per tonne)
