DESCRIPTION
Modifying additive for bitumen in powder with a glycerophospholipid base capable of modifying the characteristics of the bitumen, allows to achieve high increases in physical-mechanical characteristics, enhances the elastic behavior even at high temperatures and increases the adhesion between bitumen and aggregates. The high compatibility of POLYCYKLE PKSS allows it to be used simply by adding it to hot bitumen.
APPLICATION
POLYCYKLE PKSS can be used on any bitumen to produce multiple types of bituminous conglomerate (base, binder, wear layer).
DIRECTIONS OF USE
POLYCYKLE PKSS is added and dispersed directly to the hot bitumen to produce a modified bitumen or alternatively in the mixer of the production plant during the production phase of the conglomerate, using an automatic dispenser or dosing it manually.
DOSAGE
The dosage percentages are a function of the level of modification to be achieved, POLYCYKLE PKSS is normally used from 3% to 6% w / w on the bitumen mass.
STORAGE
POLYCYKLE PKSS can be stored for 24 months in its original and closed packaging, at a temperature between 5 ° C and 30 ° C.
