DESCRIPTION
New concept cellulose-based fiber in high-quality glass-fiber pellets with high absorbency with a yield up to 30% more than normal fibers on the market. Usable in conglomerates with a high bitumen content, they allow to stabilize the mixtures and at the same time improve their mechanics, the particular composition of the pellet format, to allow the fibers to be homogeneously easily dosed,
to mix and disperse the production phase of the bituminous conglomerate and facilitate it processing avoiding the separation of the bitumen.
APPLICATION
POLYCYKLE FB50 / V can be used on any bituminous conglomerate, produced with high percentages of bitumen (sma, drainage ..)
DIRECTIONS OF USE
POLYCYKLE FB50 / V is added directly to the mixer of the production plant during the production phase of the conglomerate, using an automatic dispenser or dosing it manually.
DOSAGE
The dosage percentages are a function of the nature of the aggregates and the type of bitumen, normally POLYCYKLE FB50 / V is used from 0.3% to 0.5% w / w on the total mass of the conglomerate, from 3 kg to 5 kg per ton of conglomerate

STORAGE
POLYCYKLE FB50 / V can be stored for 24 months in its original closed packaging, at a temperature between 5 ° C and 30 ° C.
