DESCRIPTION
Rubber powder specific for the production of bituminous conglomerates, has selected granulometry (0-0.8mm), allows to create road surfaces with low acoustic level and excellent mechanical characteristics, the high dispersion and affinity with bitumen, allows to dose the dust directly during the production phase, thus creating a conglomerate that allows a reduction in noise and vibrations produced by traffic.
APPLICATION
POLYCYKLE PG 200 can be used on any bituminous conglomerate (base, binder, wear layer).
DIRECTIONS OF USE
POLYCYKLE PG200 is added directly into the mixer of the production plant during the production phase of the conglomerate, using an automatic dispenser or dosing it manually.
DOSAGE
The dosage percentages depend on the nature of the aggregates and the type of bitumen, normally POLYCYKLE PG200 is used from 15% to 25% w / w on the total mass of the bitumen present in the conglomerate.
STORAGE
POLYCYKLE PG 200 can be stored for 24 months in its original and closed packaging, at a temperature between 5 ° C and 30 ° C.
